THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.264 OF 2006 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case, under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed against the docket order, dated 23.12.2005, in Crl.M.P.No.1053 of 2004 in M.C.No.8 of 2004 on the file of VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Medchal.

Respondent No.1 herein filed the aforesaid Crl.M.P. under Section 125 (3) (B) Cr.P.C. seeking interim maintenance. The learned Magistrate after considering the facts and circumstances of the case, directed the petitioner herein to pay an amount of Rs.1,000/- per month to respondent No.1 as interim maintenance. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed the present revision case. 3.

The M.C. pertains to the year 2004 and Criminal Revision Case pertains to the year 2006. Even according to the counsel for the petitioner, he has no instructions. Furthermore, this Court finds there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Court below. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision case shall stand closed.
