This court by order, dated 11.09.2015 granted interim stay in CMA.M.P.No.1448 of 2015. On an application filed by the petitioner before the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad the matter was referred to Lok Adalat and the same was numbered as PLC.No.172 of 2015. In the light of the compromise entered into between the parties, the Lok Adalat passed an Award, dt.30.09.2015.
