ORDER

The relief sought by the petitioner in this Writ Petition is a direction to the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service by duly granting all other consequential benefits, such as continuity of service and back wages etc., against ID,No.27 of 2005 dated 73.04.2007.

This Court has not granted any interim direction. The writ petition pertains to the year 2OO7.lt is now 2025. The petitioner, as per the Writ Petition, is 48 years of age at the time of filing of Writ Petition and 18 years elapsed now.

In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 4.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if he has any grievance, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
