THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25260 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, that, now the subject premises is under lock and key and the respondent authorities could not undertake any inspection, in view of the same, and they will take action as per law and the representation, submitted by the petitioner herein, will be verified and appropriate further action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the respondent-GHMC to verify the representation, dated 12.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, as expeditiously as possible, after issuing notice to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
