At the hearing, there is no representation for the appellant. A perusal of the Proceedings Sheet shows that the case was adjourned on the last four occasions from 15.06.2016 to 27.12.2017 at the request of the counsel for appellant. The non-readiness of the counsel for the appellant on the previous occasions, and his absence at the hearing today, show that the party is not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
