THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.25319 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "..........writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly, the 4th respondent in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the agricultural land being an extent of Ac.1.06 cents in Sy.No.474 of Ameenabad Village, Phirangipuram Mandal, Guntur District as illegal, arbitrary, ........." The Assistant Government Pleader denies the right of petitioner to continue to enjoy the subject matter of the writ petition because the subject matter of the writ petition is classified as Cheruvu Poramboke. Therefore, respondent Nos.2 to 4 will follow the procedure for removing the encroachments, if any, in the subject matter of the writ petition, in accordance with law.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
