THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.4824 of 2006 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that there was an interference by the respondents in respect of lease granted and quarrying operations in an extent of Ac. 3.43 Cents in Survey No.638/4 at Anuru Village, Peddapuram Mandal, East Godavari District.

The learned Government Pleader placed before this Court the instructions received from the Tahsildar, Peddapuram, East Godavari District, dated 24.11.2017 wherein it is stated that the lease period was from 5.10.2005 to 4.10.2007 (only for a period of two years).

Since the lease period is only from 5.10.2005 to 4.10.2007 and the very same lease period itself, by efflux of time, got expired, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
