In view of the Letter dated 30.11.2016 submitted by Sri Nimmagadda Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioners to the Registrar(Judicial) stating that the petitioners intend to withdraw the criminal petition, and hence this petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. Permission is accorded and accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
