This matter was listed on 26.02.2016 before this Court. As there was no representation, this matter was ordered to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 11.03.2016. Accordingly, the matter was listed and thereafter, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner-Temple advanced arguments in part. The matter is listed today under the same caption i.e., "For Dismissal". However, one R.Giri Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri A.Sreekanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner-Temple, sought time, though the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal".

I am not inclined to grant any adjournment since the matter has been listed under the caption "For Dismissal" for the last two adjournments. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
