CVNR, J & JUD, J WP.No.16702 of 2017 Dt: 01.06.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a writ of Habeas Corpus to declare the detention of the husband of the petitioner viz., Nandigam Bhanu Kumar as illegal.
At the hearing, Mr.R.Sridhar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of the Writ Petition, the respondents have registered a crime against the petitioner's husband and that therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.20483 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
