The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is without adhering to due process of law, respondents 2 to 7 are contemplating to remove the structures in the land admeasuring square yards bearing premises No.8-4-371/ B/ 166, Yousufguda Village, Hyderabad.

A counter affidavit deposed by the Tahsildar, Khairatabad Mandal, is filed denying the said allegation of the petitioner herein and denying the very interference by the sixth respondent.

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri L.Venkateswara Rao on behalf of the respondent-corporation that, if any action is warranted in respect of the said structures, the respondent-Municipal Corporation authorities will follow due process of law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to follow due process of law, if any action is warranted in respect of the said structures.
