THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.3945 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused in Crime No.18 of 2017 of Kundurpi Police Station, Kundurpi, Ananthapuramu District, for the offences punishable under Sections 167, 354(A), 354(D), 500 and 509 IPC and Sections 66 and 67(A) of IT Act. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record.

The instant Criminal Petition was listed on 06.06.2017. Thereafter, from 12.07.2017 onwards, though the learned counsel for the petitioner is present, he is seeking adjournment. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 11.04.2017 in Crl.P.No.2729 of 2017. There are no changed circumstances.

Under these circumstances, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
