Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the Inspector of Police Jeedimetla Police Station, Cyberabad, stating that in pursuance of the complaint of the petitioner, case in Cr.No.622 of 2018 dated 25.07.2017 was registered for the offences under Sections 448, 427, 506 of IPC, against unofficial respondents 6 to 8, on the file of Jeedimetla Police Station, Cyberabad and investigation is taken up.

Recording the above statement, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
