Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners' representation dt.23-01-2017 made to 4th respondent to include the petitioners in the list of beneficiaries for houses under the NTR House for all Scheme in Sy. No.401 of Doweleswaram village, East Godavari District, is pending consideration before 4th respondent and that no response has been received from 4th respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will consider the said representation within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to consider the petitioners' representation within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
