ORDER:
With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri G. Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of house bearing No.2-12 (old), 2-72 (new), situated at Pocharam Village, Patancheru Mandal, Medak District. The petitioner alleges that a person by name Bhavani Narayana (5th respondent) having a house bearing No.2-61, which is situated back side of the house of the petitioner. The 5th respondent demolished the existing house, obtained building permission from the Gram Panchayat on 02.01.2015 for construction of two storeyed building and in the guise of obtaining such building permission, he started encroaching into the land of the petitioner in the above house number.
With reference to such illegal construction, the petitioner submitted a representation to the District Panchayat Officer, Medak District at Sangareddy (2nd respondent) and the Panchayat Secretary, Pocharam Gram Panchayat, Patancheru Mandal, Medak District (3rd respondent) respectively. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no reply is given on the complaint filed by the petitioner against illegal constructions
undertaken by the 5th respondent so far. On the contrary, the 5th respondent is continuing his construction unabated.

Having regard to the fact that a representation is already filed by the petitioner and the same is pending consideration of the District Panchayat Officer, Medak District at Sangareddy (2nd respondent), the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said representation, dated 15.06.2015, if the same is received by him already, pass appropriate orders on the said complaint and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any such decision, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
