This petition is filed, by the petitioners/ A2 to A6, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in C.C.No.633 of 2011 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal. The offences alleged are under Sections 498-A, 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the impugned CC underwent trial and the case ended in acquittal, vide judgment, dated 10.01.2018, in C.C.No.633 of 2011. 3.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this court on 24.07.2013 in Crl.P.M.P.No.6812 of 2013 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
