THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25165 of 2018 ORDER:- Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for R.3Municipality. When the matter is taken up, a Shortfall Intimation Letter, bearing File No.3014/W4/2018/0567, dated 09.05.2018, is placed on record by the learned Standing Counsel.
It is stated in the Shortfall Intimation Letter that there are certain deficiencies to be complied with by the petitioner herein. In the said Letter, there is a request to the petitioner herein to comply with the said objections within a period of seven days.
On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner herein will comply with the said deficiencies and the application may be directed to be processed further by the Municipality. Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to comply with the deficiencies pointed out by the Municipality-R.3, vide Shortfall Intimation Letter bearing File No.3014/W4/2018/0567, dated 09.05.2018, within a period of three weeks from the date of
receipt of a copy of this order and if the said deficiencies are complied with by the petitioner, within the stipulated period, further action be taken by the respondent-Municipality on the application of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
