HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.39370 OF 2016 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioners that the 1st petitioner is the wife and 2nd petitioner is the daughter of one A.Krishna and during his life time, he worked as Sanitary Jawan in respondent-Corporation. He passed away while in service leaving behind the petitioners and as such, they made representations dated 20-04-2016 and 06-07-2016 for compassionate appointment. As no orders are passed on the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, there shall be direction to the respondent-Corporation to dispose of the representations of the petitioners dated 20-04-2016 and 06-07-2016 in accordance with law and pass orders thereafter within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
