This civil revision petition is filed by the claimants, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 25.2.2016 passed in E.A. No.14 of 2016 in E.A.No.217 of 2015 in E.P. No.21 of 2014 in O.S.No.268 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
