This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order, dated 12-10-2010 in I.A.No.765 of 2009 in O.P.No.393 of 2009 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam. 2.

As per office note, dated 17-09-2016, the O.P. itself was disposed of on 01-03-2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the O.P. was disposed of. 3.

In view of office note as well as submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in this revision.
