Heard.

The petitioner states that the land owned by him admeasuring Ac.3-00 cents in Sy.Nos.14/1 and 14/2 situated at Malasani Kunta Village, Dwaraka Tirumala Mandal, West Godavari District, is Zirayat land and as such, sought No Objection Certificate. The petitioner states that on examination of his request, the 4th respondent vide proceedings R.C.No.13/2113(DT), dated 24-07-2013 recommended accordingly to the 3rd respondent, but no action is taken by the 3rd respondent. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition seeking direction to the 3rd respondent. As the recommendation of the 4th respondent is pending with the 3rd respondent since 24-07-2013, in my view, it is appropriate that the 3rd respondent considers the matter and takes appropriate decision expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
