THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25171 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Government Pleader that in identical set of circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.23305 of 2018 by way of an Order, dated 23.07.2018. A copy of the said Order is placed on record. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:- "Admittedly, in the present case, the third respondent herein passed the impugned order as long back as on 18.06.2018 and five weeks have already elapsed from the date of passing such an order. Taking into consideration the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner and that of the learned Government Pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the Prohibition & Excise Superintendent, Narasaraopet-third respondent herein to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from today and pass final orders and, in the event of failure to adhere to the said time limit, petitioner herein shall be permitted to carry on the business."

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 23.07.2018, in W.P.No.23305 of 2018 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
