This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.210 of 2022, dated 27.05.2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Saroornagar Women Police Station, Rachakonda for the offences under sections 498-A, 323 and 406 of I.P.C and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

On written instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet was filed on completion of investigation and the case was numbered as C.C.No.3892 of 2022, hence, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to move a fresh application, in case the cause survives.
