HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1369 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not receiving the petitioner's application for grant of permission for building construction with regard to his property admeasuring 384 Sq.Ys., equivalent to 321.06 Sq. Mtrs., bearing Municipal No.17-1382/J/1/4, situated at Sri Cheera Pochaiah Colony, S.N.Reddy Nagar, Opposite Vishnupuri Colony of Saidabad, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 1st respondent to receive the petitioner's application without insisting on a 'No Objection Certificate' from the Revenue Authorities, Hyderabad and release the sanction plan. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that in similar circumstances this Court has disposed of WP.No.32848 of 2014 on 31.10.

2014 and the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the above said order dated 31.10.2014. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-corporation has also not disputed the same. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 31.10.2014, passed by this Court in WP.No.32848 of 2014. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
