This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"To issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring issuance of e-Tendcr Notification No.E5/122(01)/2017-RM:KR dt.23-01- 2017 by the 2nd rcspondcnt without following the Circular No.10/2005- OPD (C) Dt.2-4-2005 issued by the 1st respondent pursuant to the issuance of the Circular No.17/2003-0PD(C) DT.20-02-2003 is arbitrary, illegal and in clear violation of its own procedure and consequently direct the respondents to withdraw the e-tender Notification No.E5/122(01)/2017-RM:KR dt.23-01-2017 by the 2nd respondent and issue a fresh e-tender notification by strictly following the circulars issued by the 1st respondent in the interest of justice." 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation that in Proceedings No.E5/122(01)/2017-RM-KR, dated 10.02.2017, a corrigendum has been issued by the Road Transport Corporation and the same is placed on record.

In view of the contents of the said corrigendum, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Writ petition is accordingly closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
