Impugned order is dated 30.10.2010 and the affidavit filed by the petitioner does not explain any reasons, much less adequate reasons, as to why the petitioner has approached this Court after five years. In any case, the petitioner has remedy under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, and hence there are no reasons to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
