HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25293 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 and 3 in involving in Civil disputes and obtaining undertaking by summoning the petitioner to police station for settling civil disputes with respondent No.4 to 7 in respect of house situated in Plot No.20 (P), Tirumala Venkateshwara Housing Colony, Telephone Colony, Bodupal, Hyderabad, as arbitrary."

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3, produced written instructions, wherein it is stated that basing on the complaint of the 6th respondent, a case in Crime No.550 of 2018 was registered against the petitioner and others on 19.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 IPC. It is stated that except registering the afore-said crime, the respondent-police are not interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner as well as respondents 4 to 7 and also did not threaten to settle the civil disputes as alleged by the petitioner.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent-police shall not interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 7, but the investigation in the aforesaid crime may go on.
