CVNR,J & MSKJ,J WP.18100 of 2017 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.18100 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus for production of Mrs.Fatima Falak, W/o.N.Mansur Ali Shah (hereinafter referred to as "the detenu") before the Court.

At the hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that respondents Nos.5 and 6, who are the parents of the alleged detenu, are permanent residents of Madhurai in Tamilnadu, and that the alleged detenu is with her parents.

In our opinion, this writ petition is not maintainable, as the detenu as well as respondents Nos.5 and 6 are living outside the territorial jurisdiction of this court. If the petitioner is so advised, he is entitled to initiate appropriate legal proceedings in the State of Tamilnadu for redressal of his grievance.

Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner, as above, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
