HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.M.S.A.No.32 of 2015 JUDGMENT :

At the request of both the counsel, the matter was referred to the High Court Mediation Centre. In pursuance thereof, the mediation proceedings were held at Vijayawada in the presence of both the parties and their counsel, wherein the mediators vide their proceedings dated 03.10.2015, fixed the tax at the rate of Rs.1,00,000/- payable on or before 18.11.2015.

2. Accordingly, in terms of the mediators report, the appeal is disposed of.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
