HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CC No.1868 of 2018 ORDER:

Learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and orders dated 12-03-2019 in proceedings No.B/173/2019 have been issued duly communicating the same to the petitioners.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel, no further steps need to be taken in this contempt case. There is delay in complying the order of this Court, but for the reasons stated in the counter affidavit to the effect that there is change of officer of the office of the respondent, the respondent is exonerated. The contempt case is accordingly closed. However, it is open for the petitioners to assail the above proceedings, in accordance with law, if so advised. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
