2. In spite of service of notice in the month of Septembet 2025, none appeared and there is no representation for the respondent. \ Counter has not been filed and it is deemed that there t" ,o. opposition for the transfer. Perused the entire record.
3. This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No .41 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned Senior
Civil Judge Court at Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District, to the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge at Sircilla, Rajanna Sircilla District. 4.
Since there are catena of judgments of the Honble Supreme Court to consider the convenience of wife while transferring matters arising out of matrimonial disputes, keeping in view of the convenience of the petitioner herein, the relief prayed for is granted.
5. In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the H.M.o.P.No.4I of 2025 pending on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge Court at Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District is withdrawn and transferred to the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge at Sircilla, Rajanna Sircilla District. The entire original record shall be transmitted within a period of one month. There shall be no order as to costs.
