It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is a representative of political party and aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.5 in granting assignment of agricultural land to the extent of Acs.286.80cents in Survey Nos.892 to 959 of Allinagaram village, Komarole Mandal, Prakasam District, in favour of persons vide proceedings RC.B/ 230/ 90, dated: 29.6.2007, the present Writ Petition is filed. 2.

It is also stated that representations were made by the petitioner before the respondents and also further representation before respondent No.3 on 6.12.2007 were not considered and no orders are passed and the said action of the respondents is in gross violation of the procedure contemplated under the provisions of A.P. Assigned Lands (P.O.T.) Act, 1977 and Board Standing Orders as well as violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India as the assignment order is passed without placing the matter before the Assignment Review Committee.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation/ s of

-2the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order..

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
