HON'BLE SRI JSUTICE R.KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.16514 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of Mandamus declaring the final orders dated 01.09.2014 passed by the 4th respondent terminating the petitioner from services of Field Assistant of Chinthamaanipalli Gram Panchayat, O.D. Cheruvu Mandal, Anantapur District, without affording any opportunity and without conducting any enquiry, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. 3 . Against the termination orders dated 01.09.2014, the petitioner preferred an appeal, which is now pending with the 3rd respondent. The very same order is challenged in the present writ petition. Since the appeal is pending with the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
