HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.14226 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order vide R.C.No.B/666/2016, dated 06-02-2017 for seizure of bore well of the petitioner situated in Sy.No.45-1 in an extent of Ac.2-83 of Marthadu Village of Garladinne Mandal, Ananthapur District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that there is alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and he submits that there is standing crop in existence and if bore well is seized, the crop will get damaged.

In view of the same, since the petitioner has alternative remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. However, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy against the impugned, this writ petition is dismissed. The impugned order is suspended for a period of four weeks from today to enable the petitioner to avail alternative remedy.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
