HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.25228 of 2018 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) This Court, by order dated 20.07.2018, on similar set of facts, dismissed W.P.No.25188 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the parties do not dispute the same. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed and the same is accordingly dismissed in the light of the aforesaid order.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
