JUDGMENT

This appeal is filed challenging the order, dated 21.05.2012 in W.C.No.207 of 2011 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and Deputy Commissioner of Labour-I, T.Anjaiah Karmika Samkshema Bhavan, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 29.12.2016 and hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.

In view of the above submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. The award shall form part of the record.
