The case of the petitioner is that against the order dated 26.10.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, he filed appeal No.D/ 9642/ 2015 before the 2nd respondent-Revenue Divisional officer. As no action has been taken thereon so far, he filed present writ petition.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner. Interim order granted on 08.08.2016 shall continue till disposal of the appeal.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
