On perusal of the record, we find that the order dated 17.02.2006, passed in W.P.No.17338 of 2003, neither suffers from any jurisdictional infirmity nor any error apparent on the face of the record warranting interference of this Court in exercise of review jurisdiction.

In the result, I.A.No.2 of 2012 fails and is, hereby, dismissed.
