Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 3. 2.
Petitioner claims to be the owner of land to an extent of Ac.2-15 guntas in Sy.No.303/A of Chandapur village, Achampet Mandal. Aggrieved by the order of Tahsildar, granting mutation on the above extent of land in favour of 4th respondent, he preferred appeal to the Revenue Divisional Officer. In response to the appeal preferred by the petitioner, notice was issued on 30.06.2018, for taking up the matter, for hearing on 07.07.2018. Petitioner alleges that so far the appeal is not disposed of. A copy of the notice dated 30.06.2018 is filed at Page No.9 of the writ petition paper book. 3.
In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Revenue Divisional Officer-3rd respondent to consider the appeal and pass orders, after affording due opportunity to the respective parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
