THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12952 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking to relax the condition imposed by the Court of the VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishna at Machilipatnam, in Crl.M.P.No.518 of 2015, in crime No.9 of 2015, dated 16.11.2015, which is as follows.

"The petitioners/A.1 to A.5 are further directed to attend before the S.H.O., Mahila Police Station as and when they are required by the S.H.O., for the purpose of investigating or for counseling".

Heard and perused the records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working at Bangalore and as such, it is very difficult for him to attend the said police station and as such, seeks to relax the said condition. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition insofar as the petitioner/A.1 is hereby relaxed.
