This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused No.4 seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.11 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Velugodu Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 302 read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.
