HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 31250 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of respondents in not providing employment to the petitioner under compassionate grounds.

The husband of the petitioner died on 29.10.2013 while in service. He was working as Secondary Grade Teacher in Mandal Praja Parishad School, Kandipudi, Buchayyapeta Mandal, Visakhapatnam district. It is the case of the petitioner

that she is the local candidate of Ranga Reddy District. Since this matter relates to appointment of the petitioner on compassionate grounds by the fifth respondent, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the Writ Petition and the petitioner has to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal for appropriate relief in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
