Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner who is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.842 of 2021 of Neredmet Police Station, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, in case the cause survives.
