HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.25263 OF 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 22.11.2017 passed in O.A.No.2314 of 2017 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad, whereby the application filed by the 1st respondent herein, has been allowed.

2. The issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25188 of 2018 dated 20.07.2018.

3. Following the same, the present Writ Petition is also dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
