Mr.C.Sai Vishnu, counsel for the petitioners, after arguing the writ petition for some time and realizing the fact that the substantive prayer in the case on hand is against respondents 7 to 9 does not press the writ petition, seeks liberty to work out the remedies before the civil Court.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed by granting the liberty, as prayed for. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
