This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner / accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.32 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, V Kota Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 34 (a) of A.P. Prohibition & Excise Act. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is intending to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Palamaner. In that view of the matter, if the petitioner personally appears and moves bail application, the learned Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Palamaner, Chittoor District is hereby directed to dispose of the same on the same day in accordance with law.

This petition is accordingly disposed of.
