Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submits that the authorities rejected the request of the petitioner vide letter No.E1/3374/2003, dated 06-02-2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to assail the said letter.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
