HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.315 of 2017 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act stating that the respondent has willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 30.12.2016 passed in W.P.No.46418 of 2012.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the request of the petitioners was considered and rejected vide proceedings Ref.No.B1363/ 2015 dated 18.01.2018. In view of the submission made, no order need to be passed and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said rejection. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
