After arguing the writ petition for some time, the counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to file revision under Section 9 of ROR Act. The petitioner is given liberty to file revision within two weeks from today by enclosing a copy of this order. The petitioner if files revision as permitted by this Court, this Court has no reason to doubt that the Revisional Authority considers and disposes of the revision by keeping in view the ratio of this Court in KURUVA HA NUM A NTHA M M A Vs. PRINC IPA L SEC RETA RY, REVENUE DEPA RTM ENT, HYDERA BA D A ND A NO THER1.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
