ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC to withdraw A.S.No.24 of 2013 from the file of the II Additional District Judge, Krishna District at Vijayawada and transfer the same to this Hon'ble Court to be tried along with W.A.M.P.No.3086 of 2013 in W.A.No.30 of 2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P. with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.
